About the Community Forum

Advance care planning is the process of expressing your wishes for future health care should you become unable to communicate for yourself. Advance care planning is important for all us, whether we are healthy or living with an illness. This session is intended for people who want to know more about advance care planning and about the new ways you can make an advance care plan in British Columbia.
